There are disruptions with appraisals and inspections (both pre-closing, and during renovations) due to health and safety concerns.
In some states there is a pause on open houses, while in others there is a complete halt to any showings.
Holding times are extending as a result of health and safety concerns
Title companies and attorney offices are implementing new procedures for handling closings, and document signing.
With county court houses being closed there is an issue with obtaining title reports, and recording documents after closing.
